1. Copyright Transfer and Ownership
Upon submission and acceptance, authors fully transfer copyright of their work to LebMed.J Journal, granting the journal exclusive rights to publish, distribute, and archive the manuscript. This ensures that:
•    LebMed.J retains full control over content dissemination and usage.
•    The work cannot be republished, redistributed, or modified without prior written permission from the journal.
2. Author Responsibilities
By submitting their manuscript, authors acknowledge and agree that:
•    They relinquish ownership of copyright and all associated rights to LebMed.J.
•    They have not published the work elsewhere and will not submit it to other journals after acceptance.
•    They provide accurate references, original research, and ethical compliance in all submitted content.
3. Journal’s Rights and Usage
LebMed.J Journal reserves the exclusive right to:
•    Publish the work in print and online under its official archives.
•    Distribute and license content to third-party databases and indexing services.
•    Translate, edit, or modify formatting to meet editorial and publishing standards.
•    Archive manuscripts permanently in institutional repositories for long-term access.
4. Author Attribution and Recognition
Although copyright is fully transferred, authors retain:
•    The right to be credited as original creators of the work.
•    The ability to share links to their published research for academic and professional purposes.
5. Restrictions on Republishing and Reuse
Once published, authors cannot republish or share the full text of their manuscript in other journals, books, or platforms without express written permission from LebMed.J. Any unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or modification of published content is strictly prohibited.
6. Copyright Transfer Upon Submission
By submitting a manuscript to LebMed.J Journal, the author automatically transfers full copyright ownership to the journal. This transfer occurs immediately upon submission and remains in effect only if the manuscript is accepted and published.
7. Copyright Reversion for Unpublished Manuscripts
If the manuscript is not accepted or remains unpublished, the copyright automatically reverts to the author, allowing them to submit the work to other journals or use it elsewhere.
The journal will notify the author in case of rejection, officially confirming the reversion of copyright.
Authors may withdraw their submission before peer review is completed, retaining full copyright.
